We aim to work within your schedule and make your life easier. When booking, you can select from a morning or afternoon window for cleaning. We do not have a guaranteed set time. If you select a morning clean, your cleaner will be on-site between 8AM and 12PM. If you select an afternoon clean, your cleaner will be on-site between 12PM and 5PM.

We specialize in custom residential, commercial, new construction, move-out and custom cleaning services.
You can expect us to clean just about anything and everything that you outline in your consult including baseboards, walls, cabinets, appliance exteriors, hood fans, countertops and backsplashes, garbages, right down to making your bed!

We strongly encourage open communication between our clients and cleaners. You are welcome to leave notes for your cleaners, and our team is required to leave a note for you when they are finished your clean.
Typically, one team member will be on-site for your cleaning. In some situations, our cleaners may be paired up. You will still be getting the same amount of cleaning but it will be done quicker as two cleaners will be present. The bill amount will not change unless more cleaning is requested and approved.
Yes! We strongly encourage open communication between our clients and cleaners. You are welcome to leave notes for your cleaners, and our team is required to leave a note for you when they are finished your clean.
We’re ready to go. The Simply Spotless team brings all of our own supplies including vacuums. We use a variety of products and techniques to ensure your space is Simply Spotless. If you have special concerns about product use, or in the event that you would like our team to use your cleaning supplies, a form must be filled out and signed by you stating that you have given the cleaner your permission to use specified supplies.

We back our services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are ever unsatisfied with any of the services provided, we will return within 24 hours at no extra charge to clean the area in question.
In the event of damage, our cleaners will notify the office as soon as damage occurs. Simply Spotless will notify the client of the incident and then we will fix the damaged property.
We accept multiple forms of payment to make it easy and convenient for you to pay.
You will receive an emailed invoice the business day following your service unless you have chosen monthly billing. Clients with recurring weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services can choose to be billed and pay monthly.
If you prefer to pay via e-transfer, you must provide us with the password in advance of the service. That password will be noted and kept secure in your Jobber profile. We encourage “cleaning” to be the e-transfer password.
Your credit card information will be protected in Jobber. We require a valid credit card number to keep on file in the event of an unpaid invoice. A warning message will be sent before your card will be charged.
If you prefer to pay with a cheque, you can leave it for your cleaner and they will be responsible for delivering it to the office. You can also deliver cheques for services in person to our office.

If you are paying with a gift card, it must be provided to the cleaner at the time of service so our Financial Controller can manage.
