Our techs are first trained to double check the work they’ve already completed, then secondly, they’ll spot anything that could use a cleaning and add it onto your list for you!

Unfortunately, sometimes this does happen! Next time you book, we just suggest you book a little extra time for these things to be completed.
Keep in mind: Our techs each move at their own paces and come with their own set of strengths, weaknesses, and experience—as we all do. Make sure to read their biographies before booking, so you can find a tech that meets your specific needs!

It happens! With the nature of our service, in general, we don’t provide refunds when it comes to quality as all of our techs come with their own unique strengths. This being said, we’re not perfect and neither are our techs! If you think something needs our attention, please let us know within 24 hours of service completion at ClickPlusClean@gmail.com, and we will review your feedback on a case by case basis in order to determine how to move forward (this is where those pictures come in handy).

Of course! We wouldn’t kick you out of your own home! We just ask you to give our technicians space so they can work!
