  • We are based in Lethbridge, Alberta and Brandon, Manitoba. We accept appointments throughout each province and can travel to accommodate appointments for an additional agreed-upon travel fee.

  • Great! Our team is here to help. We’ll do our best to accommodate last minute appointments. We do not provide cleaning services on statutory holidays. To get an estimate and consult, call the office or email us at office@simplyspotlesscleaning.ca.

  • Welcome! Simply Spotless offers customized cleaning plans to fit your needs and budget. Our team of professionals will assess your space, listen to your needs and suggest a plan that can be modified to suit your style. Here’s what our signature Simply Spotless process looks like:

    • Contact us: Get in touch for a free estimate by completing the form on our website, emailing us or giving us a call

    • Assessment: Our team of professionals will assess your space, listen to your needs and suggest a plan that can be modified to suit your budget

    • Quote: A detailed estimate + quote will be emailed to you by the end of the following business day

    • Approval: Once you’ve reviewed your custom quote, you can approve or modify. Once we receive your approval, we will confirm before sending you the required client form to fill out.

    • Client form: Upon quote approval, a client form link will be sent to you. Please click the link, fill out the form with all fields completed and press ‘submit.’

    • Confirmation: You will receive a call or email with the date and time of the first clean

  • We offer specialized, custom cleaning packages and can tackle special projects which can be found in our Add-Ons List. Call our team to discuss your needs and we can create a custom plan. We specialize in custom residential + commercial cleaning.

    You can expect us to clean just about anything and everything that you outline in your consultation including baseboards, walls, cabinets, appliance exteriors, hood fans, countertops and backsplashes, garbage removal, right down to making your bed!

  • We get it, life happens. In the event that you do need to cancel a scheduled clean, our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours notice via telephone call or email is required to cancel and avoid a fee.

    • Late cancel: In the event of a late cancel (less than 24 hours notice), or if our team member arrives to your clean and is unable to access your space as agreed upon, we do charge a $50 non-refundable fee.

    • Recurring service cancellation: If you wish to cancel recurring scheduled services, we require a minimum of ONE week for residential clients and a minimum of THIRTY days for commercial clients.

    • Staff cancel: In the rare event that a Simply Spotless cleaner is sick and unable to make it to your scheduled clean, we will make every effort to reschedule the appointment according to your preference.

  • As a local, family-owned company, we clean with care. That means we treat each of our clients and our team of cleaning professionals like family.

    Each member of our team is a hard-working, cleaning professional with proven experience, attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Every Simply Spotless staff member is insured with a recent criminal record check.

  • Typically, one team member will be on-site for your cleaning. In some situations, our cleaners may be paired up or in small groups. You will still be getting the same amount of cleaning but it will be done quicker as multiple cleaners will be present. The bill amount will not change unless more cleaning is requested and approved.

  • Yes! We strongly encourage open communication between our clients and cleaners. You are welcome to leave notes for your cleaners, however if additional/different cleaning is required this must be discussed and approved with the office team. Our team is required to leave a note for you when they are finished.

  • We’re ready to go. The Simply Spotless team brings all of our own supplies including vacuums. We use a variety of products and techniques to ensure your space is Simply Spotless. If you have special concerns about product use, or in the event that you would like our team to use your cleaning supplies, a form must be filled out and signed by you stating that you have given the cleaner your permission to use specified supplies.

    Some of the products we use:

  • We back our services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are ever unsatisfied with guaranteed service, notify the office team within 24hrs of your clean and we will return at no extra charge to clean the area in question.

    In the event of damage, our cleaners will notify the office as soon as damage occurs. Simply Spotless will notify the client of the incident and then we will fix the damaged property.

  • We accept multiple forms of payment to make it easy and convenient for you to pay. You will receive an emailed invoice the business day following your service.

    • E-transfer: If you prefer to pay via e-transfer to accounts@simplyspotlesscleaning.ca, you must provide us with the password in advance of the service. We encourage “cleaning” to be the e-transfer password.

    • Credit Card: Your credit card information will be protected in Jobber - our schedule + billing software. We require a valid credit card number to keep on file in the event of an unpaid invoices

    • Gift Card: If you are paying with a gift card, it must be provided to the cleaner at the time of service if it is a hard copy gift card. In the situation of a digital gift card, please notify our Office Team so they can work her magic.
